"Eleanor, I am sorry to hear about your poor experience. After reviewing your account, I see that you moved out of state a few months ago. You spoke with another state farm office in NC at which point, you moved your auto down there. The other office initiated a state to state transfer of your policy and no contact was made with my office. I also see a log of the email and phone correspondence you had with the other office in which you stated you did not want to transfer the remaining policy and you would get it canceled. At no point was there any communication with my office. I see zero emails, phone calls, or texts from you requesting to cancel the remaining policy until just yesterday when a request came through to cancel it, which we did immediately. I reached out to you yesterday morning via phone call, then a text message, then another phone call in the afternoon, followed by an email but have yet to hear back from you. People change insurance companies all the time and we always cancel in a timely manner upon request as we are required to do. That being said, there was never any correspondence with my office to cancel the remaining policy. I would appreciate if you can update or remove your review as it is completely false. "
